Our Services

1. Pediatric Rehabilitation

Asha provides high quality, effective rehabilitation to children with acquired and congenital disabilities.

We aid the improvement of each child by addressing the medical, physical, social and emotional needs unique to each situation

Our services include developmental pediatric rehabilitation, along with physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and social interaction.

We are one of the few rehab centers dealing with Autism and Cerebral Palsy.

Autism is a life long disability which is usually noticed before 36 months of age. It is still unclear as to what causes autism; almost all children and adults with autism exhibit some developmental delays or absence of speech. These children and adults usually exhibit abnormal ways of relating to people and objects and have difficulty with social interaction.

Cerebral palsy is a term used to describe a group of chronic conditions affecting body movements and muscle coordination. It is caused by damage to one or more specific areas of the brain, usually occurring during fetal development, or during infancy. It can also occur before, during or shortly following birth.

Early Intervention (EI) is designed to help children (under 4 years) with developmental delay.

We help children from newborns to 4 year olds with developmental delay (DD) in one or more of the following areas:  Cognitive Performance, Language Development, Motor and Social skills.

For all conditions a detailed evaluation of motor, sensory, social and communication problems is done before starting any therapy.
